I have a spreadsheet I've been using to track my savings for this year and I was in shock when I just checked it. Now that it's February, I can see what true-hard-core-couponing does to our monthly food budget. For the month of January we got $803.75 worth of groceries (this is including diapers! - have to throw that out there). We only spent $214.24!!! That means we saved $589.51 JUST IN JANUARY!!! So, if I can keep this up, that means we could save approximately $7,000 this year! And I'm still getting the hang of all of this! Woohoo!!!
